ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 7-8, 2024 ರಂದು LEXPACTO ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವರ್ಚುವಲ್ ಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಿಕೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಎಸ್) ರಾಜಾ ಲಖಮಗೌಡ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿಜೇತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಿಜೇತ ತಂಡ : 1. ಅವಧೂತ್ ಗಾಯಿಡೋಲ್ (3-ವರ್ಷದ ಎಲ್ ಎಲ್ ಬಿ, 6ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್) – ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿ 2. ರವಿಚಂದ್ರಗೌಡ ಆರ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ (5-ವರ್ಷದ ಬಿಎಎಲ್ ಎಲ್ ಬಿ, 10 ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್) – ವಕೀಲರು 3. ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಮೇದಾರ (5-ವರ್ಷ ಬಿಎಎಲ್ ಎಲ್ ಬಿ, 8 ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್) – ಕ್ಲೈಂಟ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ತಂಡದ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲೈಂಟ್ ಎಂಬ ಬಿರುದನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೂ. 20,000. ಈ ತಂಡವು ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿತು, 25 ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಕಾನೂನು ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮೆರೆದಿದೆ.
ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋಚ್‌ ಆಗಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕಿ ಡಾ.ಸಮೀನಾ ನಹಿದ್‌ ಬೇಗ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆರ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿಯ ಜಿಸಿ ಚೇರ್ಮನ್ ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ, ಆರ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ. ಎ.ಎಚ್. ಹವಾಲ್ದಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಎಸ್‌ನ ಆರ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಂಡ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತುದಾರರನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

We are happy to announce that our students have emerged *Winners* in the *Second International Virtual Mediation Competition* organized by LEXPACTO on September 7-8, 2024.
The winning team consists of: 1. Avadhut Gaidole (3-year LLB, 6th semester) – Mediator 2. Ravichandragouda R Patil (5-year BALLB, 10th semester) – Counsel 3. Aditya Medar (5-year B.A.LL.B, 8th semester) – Client They have been awarded the title of Best Negotiating Team Counsel and Client and a cash prize of Rs. 20,000. The team demonstrated exceptional skills and determination, defeating 25 teams and renowned law schools of india.
The team was coached by Dr. Samina Nahid Baig, Asst. Prof. R. L. Law College.
