ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪರಸ್ಪರರ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಎನ್‌ಎಚ್‌ಆರ್‌ಸಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್ ಕರ್ನಲ್ ವೀರೇಂದ್ರ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಎಸ್ ರಾಜಾ ಲಖಮಗೌಡ ಕಾನೂನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಐಕ್ಯೂಎಸಿ ವಿಭಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ದೆಹಲಿಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಆಯೋಗ, ಮೊದಲ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ – ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸುವ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು” ಕುರಿತ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ
ಇರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಾವು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕಾದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ
ಆರ್.ಎಲ್.ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಎಸ್.ಮುತಾಲಿಕ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಅರಿವಿರಬೇಕು. ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರು ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಸನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಮಿಟಿ ಲಾ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್‌ನ ಡೀನ್ ಡಾ.ಸಂದೀಪ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಮೊದಲ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳವರೆಗಿನ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಡಾ.ಎ.ಎಚ್.ಹವಾಲ್ದಾರ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.ಐಕ್ಯುಎಸಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕಿ ಡಾ.ಸಮೀನಾ ನಾಹಿದ್ ಬೇಗ್ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ತನ್ಮಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿದಾ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಪ್ರೊ.ಪಿ.ಎ.ಯಜುರ್ವೇದಿ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಕೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಖುಷಿ ಕಠಾರಿಯಾ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸೆಮಿನಾರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 40 ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. 150 ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

KLS Raja Lakhamgouda Law College and National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi had organized a seminar on ” A journey from the First Generation to the Fourth Generation Human Rights – Conflicts and Issues emerging due to Multiplication of Rights and Future Challenges”. Lt.Col. Virender Singh, NHRC Director, was Chief Guest for the function. Addressing students about the implementation of Human Rights. Value each other’s Right, provide all kinds of resources for future generations, once we make difference around us, we can make difference in society. He said.Ravindra S. Mutalik Advocate and Member Governing Council R.L. Law College was president for the function. In his presidential he spoke about importance of Human Rights and advised it is Responsibility of Individual to protect Human Rights, we Can ensure Human Rights for all, They remain Dynamic and evolving and providing justice to all. He concluded.
Dr Sandeep Desai , Dean of Amity Law School was a Guest of Honour for the function he briefed about Human Rights , Adult Franchise, that is Right to vote Right to choose, highlighted the importance of journey from First Generation to Fourth Generation Human Rights.
The function was organised by the IQAC department of the College, Dr A H Hawaldar, Principal of the College welcomed the gathering and briefed about achievements of the College Dr Samina Nahid Baig, IQAC coordinator briefed about the seminar, Tanmayee and Nida sang the invocation song . Prof P A yajurvedi , Human Rights club co-ordinator proposed vote of thanks. Keerti koti and Khushi kathariya compered the event . 40 delegates presented the paper in seminar, all staff members and students were present in large members.
